of Pine Ave. PLEASE do not park you car and get out or release your child on the other side of the
street.
Hillcrest PDS Needs You: Parents, have a couple of hours during the day or week? Hillcrest PDS
welcomes volunteer time. A general list of events were handed out during Open House night, please
contact your child's teacher for a list of known items in which we can use help.

This year we are kicking it back Safari Style and have lots of fun things planned -- New games, new
booths -- so much instore but we need your HELP!
As you know, the PTA does a wonderful job at promoting our school, teachers and kiddos in so many
ways I cannot list. The PTA is only allowed a few fundraisers but in the last couple of years our
"Carnival Sponsors" have supported the carnival and allowed PTA do other fundraisers. One way to
help is with a financial donation to Hillcrest PTA -- this could be from your work or as an individual
contribution. We will provide name recognition on our Carnival Banner. If this is your first year at
Hillcrest, you will know that this is the only time funds are solicited and we certainly appreciate your
support. We have also had a tremendous amount of Hillcrest Alumni families still support the
carnival and you know how much this means to our kids!
Thank you in advance from the Carnival Committee and we would certainly appreciate a donation.
Checks should be made out to: Hillcrest PTA. Donations are tax deductible and I will make sure your
business or family will receive a deduction form.
